Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your purchase and use of Grand Invitation. Please read them before you buy — by completing a purchase you agree to them.
Last updated 12 September 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
Grand Invitation is operated by TOPSOL, at 2nd Floor, Sitara Techno Park, Lower Canal Rd E, near Jhal Khanuana, Block B People's Colony No 1, Faisalabad 38000, Pakistan (“we”, “us”, “our”). In these terms “you” means the person buying an invitation.
You can reach us at support@grandinvitation.com or WhatsApp +92 305 6186493. Full contact details are on our contact page.
2. Payments and our reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
This means that when you buy an invitation, your contract of sale for that purchase is with Paddle.com Market Limited, not with us. Paddle collects payment, charges any applicable sales tax or VAT, issues your invoice and processes refunds. The charge on your bank or card statement will reference Paddle rather than Grand Invitation.
We remain responsible for providing the invitation itself and for supporting you in using it. You are welcome to contact us first for anything at all — we will handle it directly or pass it to Paddle where Paddle must act.
Your use of Paddle’s checkout is also subject to Paddle’s own Buyer Terms and Conditions.
3. What you are buying
You are buying a one-time licence to a personalised digital wedding invitation: a web page hosted by us at a permanent public link, plus a private management link showing RSVP responses where that feature is included. It is a digital product. Nothing is printed, and nothing is posted to you.
This is a single payment, not a subscription. There is no recurring charge, no renewal, no per-guest fee and no trial that converts into a paid plan. You will not be charged again unless you deliberately purchase another invitation.
Two plans apply to every design — you choose one before personalising the design, and that selection stays fixed through checkout:
- Essential — $50 USD. Your chosen design, personalised with the essentials — your names, your dates, your venues and your schedule.
- Premium — $100 USD. The whole design made yours — your photographs, your music, your story, your colours and your type.
Prices are shown exclusive of sales tax or VAT, which Paddle calculates and adds at checkout based on your location. The final total is always displayed before you confirm payment. Both plans and what each includes are listed on our pricing section.
4. What is included
The Essential plan includes:
- Any design in the collection
- Your names and dates
- Every event, with times, venues and maps
- Dress code, per event
- Built-in RSVP form and private host dashboard
- A permanent public link — unlimited guests
The Premium plan additionally includes:
- Custom invitation wording
- Photo gallery and cover photograph
- Your own background music
- Your story, told as a timeline
- The wedding party, introduced
- Gift registry details
- The design's full palette, tuned to yours
- Your choice of heading and body type
- Replace the design's own artwork with your photographs
- Choose which sections appear, and in what order
- Ask our designers for changes at any step, and for sections the design does not have
Our team completes and checks your invitation before it is published. The Premium plan also lets you ask our designers for the changes described above. We do not provide printing, postage or guest-list management on your behalf.
5. Delivery
After Paddle confirms your payment, we email an acknowledgement to the address you gave at checkout and place your invitation in our fulfilment queue. Our team then completes and checks it before publication. The payment confirmation screen does not contain an invitation link.
When the invitation is ready, we publish it and email the public invitation link and, where included, your private management link to that address. If you have a question about an order that is still being prepared, contact us using the purchase email address. Do not pay a second time; we can locate the purchase from that address.
Keep your management link private. It is the only credential to your invitation — there are no accounts and no passwords. Anyone holding that link can open the private dashboard and read your guests’ responses. We cannot restore it if you lose it and cannot prove the purchase.
6. How long we host your invitation
We host your invitation for at least 24 months from the date of purchase. In practice we keep invitations online for as long as the service operates, and we will email you at the address on file at least 30 days before removing anything.
7. Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. The full terms, and how to claim, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Your content and your guests
You keep ownership of everything you upload — names, photographs, music, wording. You grant us a licence to host, display and process that content for the sole purpose of operating your invitation.
You confirm that:
- You own or are licensed to use every photograph, image and piece of music you upload.
- Your content is lawful, and is not obscene, hateful, deceptive or infringing.
- You have a lawful basis for sharing your invitation with your guests, and you are the data controller for the RSVP responses your guests submit to you.
We may remove content or take an invitation offline if it breaches these terms or the law. Where we do, we will tell you why, and a removal for our error is refundable in full.
9. Our designs
The invitation designs, artwork, animations, code and typography are ours or our licensors’. Your purchase licenses you to use one personalised invitation for your own event. It does not let you resell a design, redistribute the artwork, or use a design as the basis of a competing product.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, to collect data you have no right to collect, to impersonate anyone, or to interfere with the service’s operation or security.
11. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages and circumstances beyond our control can cause downtime.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force for your purchase is the one published when you bought. Material changes affecting existing customers will be emailed to the address on file.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
